About Osaka Arts-Aporia
From its base in a red brick harbor warehouse in Osaka Harbor, Osaka Arts-Aporia is engaged in presenting and researching the hard questions - aporia - of contemporary art. Artists, researchers and art managers are involved independently in various activities at Osaka Arts-Aporia, including visual art, Sound Art and the Arts-Aporia Library. Since starting in the autumn of 2000, Osaka Arts-Aporia has had the objective of creating an environment that fosters the deepening of contemporary art activity on an individual basis.
